Choose one useful lever

Hi there,

Thanks for letting me know.

If you are not sure which lesson applies to you right now, that makes sense. The course covers a lot of ground β€” food, fiber, fermented foods, hydration, inflammation, stress, sleep, and habit patterns β€” because gut health connects to all of them.

The point is not to treat all of those areas as urgent at once. A more useful question is:

Ask yourself
Which area feels most connected to my life right now?
  • If food feels like the obvious starting point, return to the food lessons.
  • If stress seems to affect your digestion, the gut-brain material may be most relevant.
  • If your body feels run down, look again at sleep, recovery, and inflammation.
  • If you are unsure what is helping, return to observation and the workbook exercises.

You are not choosing the only thing that matters. You are choosing the next useful lever. The other areas can take their turn when they become the clearer priority.

Warmly,

β€”Reid
